Having chosen the Living world as the battlefield humans are discovering spiritual powers and being sheparded by the Order of Quincy. The Gotei 13 is working around the clock to keep the hollow forces at bay. Emergence of a new group of Arrancar warriors dubbed Espada have surfaced and proved to be difficult foes for most shinigami. While she seemingly has the upperhand the Skull Queen patiently lies in wait planning her next move for it could be the last.
